Onie Meier: Thank you, I appreciate the kind words. I think the key has been my dedication to defending and my favorite formation of 3-5-2. I love the challenge of keeping the opposition from scoring and I always give my best to achieve that.

Reporter: That's great to hear. Your practice ethics have been described as not the hardest worker, but also not the worst. How do you balance putting in the work with having fun off the field?

Onie Meier: I believe in working hard when it's necessary, but also enjoying life and having fun. I never turn down an opportunity to have a good time, as long as I can still meet the expectations of the club. It's all about finding that balance.

Reporter: You've had quite a few injuries and concussions in your career so far. How do you manage to push through and keep playing at such a high level?

Onie Meier: My body may not be a temple, but I do my best to take care of it and push through any obstacles that come my way. I have a passion for the game and I always want to be out on the field, giving it my all.

Onie Meier: Definitely MAR. They always bring out the best in me and I love the challenge of facing off against them. It's always a great match when we play against each other.
