Ayleen Serra: As a young player, I wasn't always the most health-conscious on the pitch. However, I have started to adopt healthier habits to prolong my career. I have cut down on fast food and have started following a keto diet. It's important to take care of my body to ensure that I can continue playing at a high level for as long as possible.
