Young Forward Irvan Yansen Shares his Journey to Success with Cusco Conductores

Irvan: Thank you for having me. It has been an incredible journey with Cusco Conductores. As a developing player, it's a great opportunity for me to learn and grow within the team. The club has invested a lot in team chemistry and culture, which is something I really appreciate and enjoy.
Interviewer: That's wonderful to hear. How would you describe your recent form on the pitch?
Irvan: My recent form has been exceptional. Although I'm still considered a developing player, I have been training hard and it's starting to pay off. I am constantly striving to improve and contribute to the team's success.
Interviewer: It's great to see your dedication. Can you tell us about your practice ethics?
Irvan: I would say I'm not the hardest worker, but I'm definitely not the worst either. I put in the necessary work to meet the expectations of the club. However, I also believe that it's important to have fun and enjoy the game. As long as I can balance both aspects, I believe I can continue to grow as a player.
Interviewer: That's a healthy mindset to have. Speaking of health, have you been conscious about maintaining your physical well-being?
Irvan: As a young player, I must admit that I haven't always been the most health-conscious on the pitch. However, with age and experience, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I have started adopting healthier habits, reducing fast food consumption, and embracing a more keto-based diet to prolong my career.
Interviewer: That's a commendable effort. Now, let's talk about your favorite aspects of the game. Which club do you enjoy playing against the most?
Irvan: Without a doubt, my favorite club to play against is SLB. The matches against them are always intense and filled with excitement. It pushes me to give my best and showcase my skills on the field.
Interviewer: Interesting choice! Now, when it comes to formations and play styles, what are your preferences?
Irvan: My favorite formation is 4-5-1. I find it gives me the opportunity to be more involved in the defensive side of the game, which I thoroughly enjoy. Defending is one of my favorite play styles, as it allows me to contribute to the team's overall success.
Interviewer: That's a unique perspective, Irvan. Lastly, how would you assess your individual performance so far, considering the number of goals and assists?
Irvan: Well, in terms of goals and assists, I haven't managed to contribute yet this season. However, I believe it's just a matter of time before I break through and start making a significant impact. I'm confident in my abilities and determined to make a difference for the team.

Irvan: Well, something not many people know about me is that I am an avid painter. During my free time, I love to express my creativity on canvas. It's a wonderful way for me to relax and unwind from the pressures of the game.
