Young Forward Nohea Taitano Talks About Balancing Football and Fun

Reporter: Good afternoon, Nohea. Thank you for taking the time to chat with us today. Let's start by talking about your recent exceptional form. Despite not playing any matches this season, how have you managed to stay in top shape and perform so well in practice?
Nohea Taitano: Thank you for having me. It may sound surprising, but I believe that having a balance between football and having fun is what keeps me energized and motivated. I may not always be the most health-conscious on the pitch, but I am gradually adopting healthier habits to prolong my career.
Reporter: Your practice ethics have been a topic of discussion among fans and critics. Some call you lazy, while others say you have a wide range of interests. How do you respond to these comments?
Nohea Taitano: Football is definitely important to me, but so is spending time with my family and enjoying life outside of the pitch. I don't think it's fair to label me as lazy just because I have other interests. I believe in finding a balance in life and that includes putting in the work when needed.
Reporter: What is your favorite club to play against and why?
Nohea Taitano: I enjoy playing against OLP because it always brings out the best in me. The competition is intense, and it pushes me to improve my game every time we face off.
Reporter: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life that fans might not know?
Nohea Taitano: One interesting fact about me is that I have a passion for cooking and experimenting with different recipes. It's a hobby that helps me relax and unwind after training sessions.
Reporter: Thank you for sharing that, Nohea. We wish you all the best with your career at Melbourne United and look forward to seeing you on the pitch soon.
