I practice all day, every day, leaving no time for friends or fun. It's a tough lifestyle, but it's what I believe is necessary to reach my full potential.

Arlanda Hedlund: I have to admit, when I was younger, I wasn't the most health-conscious player on the pitch. But as I've gained experience, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've started to adopt healthier habits, such as reducing fast food intake and following a keto diet. I believe that these changes will help me prolong my career and perform at my best.
